THE USUCAPIÃO

The Office of enjoyment, governed by articles 1390 to 1411 of the Civil Code (Book I, Title VI) states in its General Provisions (Chapter I): "Art 1390. The benefit may lie in one or more assets, movable or immovable, in a heritage full-or part of it, covering it in whole or in part, the fruits and utilities. " In the case of immovable property, to be the enjoyment is essential to its record in the office of Registration of Real Estate. But when the enjoyment if it as a result of the ruling usucapião in action, will not be such a record, since this will be a result of that action (art. 1391).
