The State Public Prosecutor sent on Monday (18) an opinion contrary to the order of progression penalty Suzane von Richthofen, trapped in Bog, 147 km from Sao Paulo. The request would authorize and pay to fulfill the remainder of their sentence in semi-open regime.
The prosecutor Paul de Palma also asked Suzane be subject to a criminological examination. Suzane's lawyer asked the benefit of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), with the claim that she has already served one-sixth of the sentence.
That high court gave its assent. But in the understanding of the public prosecutor in Taubaté (140 km from Sao Paulo), Suzane can not be transferred to the semi-open system without first going through a criminological examination.
For the developer, this is the only way to prove whether it poses risks to society. After the test results, the prosecutor will review the request.
Examination that Suzan criminological criminological examination and will be subject to the assessment of a psychiatrist, a psychologist and a social worker. The document is often requested in cases of crimes more violent. The survey has not yet scheduled.
