Discussion of Elections 2008 Sao Paulo to Alaska!

After the end of the elections was browsing the website of UOL, the Globe among others, and read some interesting material on the elections 2008, some of them also published by "blogger" Fernando Rodrigues, political commentator of the Folha de Sao Paulo. So I decided to put the best of each one here, making room for discussions.

In the G79, PT comes out in front; PMDB and PSDB empatam in 2nd

The PT remains the leader in the G79, with chance to expand their presence in what is today.

The party of Lula currently has 17 cities in the G79. Now, the acronym has elected 13 mayors in this universe (the 26 capital cities and 53 municipalities with more of 200 thousand voters). You are in the second round in 15 other localities in the second round. It can thus reach to 28 cities governed. Sao paulo, Rio and BH - 2nd round the forces are in check!

In my town the election for mayor there were no major surprises, although they expect a higher benefit the EN mayor of Raimundo Angelim won in the first round with 50.8% of the votes.
